Commercial terms
Agreed at the start, not argued at the end.
Delivery term, payment structure, documents and price validity are settled in writing before production begins. This page sets out how we normally work.
Delivery terms.
Choose the Incoterm that fits your supply chain; the quotation is structured around it.
Ex Works
You control international movement from the agreed origin. Lowest quoted figure, highest buyer responsibility.
Free On Board
We coordinate supply to the nominated port and vessel handover point.
Cost & Freight / with Insurance
Freight-led quotation to your destination port. CIF adds cargo insurance.
Payment structure.
Our standard structure for a confirmed order. Terms for a specific contract are agreed in the proforma invoice.
Order confirmation โ advance payment
An advance of approximately 30% of the order value confirms the order and releases it into production.
Production
The producer manufactures against the confirmed specification and pack format, typically within one to two weeks depending on the plant and volume.
Loading and shipment
The consignment is loaded and the transport document (bill of lading or equivalent) is issued.
Balance against shipping documents
The remaining balance is settled against presentation of the bill of lading or shipment evidence, before documents are released.
How we handle money.
Operational discipline that protects both sides of the transaction.
Company account only
Customer payments are received into the registered company account. Supplier payments are made from it. No third-party or personal accounts sit in the payment chain.
Every transfer matched to an order
Each incoming and outgoing payment is reconciled against a specific order number, so funds are always attributable.
Defined payment authority
Payment approval is a defined role with limits, not the discretion of a single individual.
What a quotation contains.
Every offer we issue answers these six points. If one is missing, the quote is not finished.
